Polyflor XL PU sheeting

Polyflor XL PU is a heavy duty vinyl flooring featuring a marbleised decoration, making it ideal for public, institutional and commercial buildings. It can withstand continuous heavy traffic, yet maintains its colour and appearance for an average of 10 years with sufficient maintenance.

XLPU, with its extensive proven pedigree, combines high performance with optimum style and enables the transformation of any commercial environment through the selection of vivid colours. Specially formulated polyurethane surface treatment, XL PU is available in a duotone marbleised decoration. XL PU features a polyurethane surface treatment which provides an excellent foundation for an easy, ongoing maintenance regime.

EPOXY

Epoxy is a seamless, self-smoothing flooring system based on advanced solvent-free epoxy system and selected graded fillers. The cured floor exhibits excellent resistance to abrasion and finishes to a smooth, impervious surface that can be easily maintained in a hygienic condition. Epoxy is recommended for floors where a high level of aesthetics is essential and bacterial growth or chemical spillage raises the risk of an unhygienic environment or floor erosion. It is ideal for floors in: Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics industries, Food industries, Hospitals & Laboratories, Any medical facilities & Sterile Areas, Production Plants & Warehouses

KENPOXY 180 - Wall coating

A non-toxic solvent free high build protective epoxy resin coating, for internal protection of concrete or metal watertanks (Drinking water). floor or wall coating for food/ pharmaceutical companies

KENPOXY 200 - Primer

An Epoxy primer applied to concrete surface to receive subsequent epoxy overlays.

Mix well before use.

Apply with a roller, paint brush after cleaning the surface thoroughly.

KENPOXY 230 - Self smoothening floor

An Epoxy self-smoothening overlay for floors where a very smooth & hardwearing surface is required.

This is a self smoothening, solvent free, epoxy overlay system designed to provide continuous protection for concrete floors at thickness between 2-4mm. the cured material produces a dense, colourful, glossy surface. The product has also been successfully applied to glazed and terrazzo tiled steel and timber.

POLYURETHANE BASED

Polyurethane Floors are an alternative to epoxy flooring. They can be either one-component (moisture curing) or two component when they cure as a result of mixing two components together. The most common forms of polyurethane flooring are: Roller and squeegee applied Floor Coatings, Clear coats used to protect surfaces from scratching, Varnishes for wooden floors, Thicker floors applied with a trowel at a thickness of 2-3 mm, Cement based polyurethane floor often applied at thicknesses up to 1cm

Ucrete MF

Ucrete MF is a unique HD polyurethane resin floor with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals. It provides a smooth protective floor finish suitable for applications in predominantly dry environments.

Ucrete UD200

UCRETE UD200 is a single layer, seamless, solvent- free, polyurethane flooring system. It has a textured matt finish possessing a wide spectrum of chemical resistance; withstands abrasive wear; has high impact resistance and withstands direct steam impact.

CEMENTOUS BASED

Cementitious is an ideal flooring system for renovating or improving any old floor surface, especially one that may badly damaged or worn. It can also be used to raise the floor level of a project quickly and evenly. This type of concrete is particularly fast in drying and can be fully operational for heavy vehicle traffic within 24 hours.

Kentop Hard

Kenmastic is a one component water based bitumen
binder for sticking concrete interlocking tiles on roofs
and floors and Protective screed over waterproofing on
flat roofs.

PVC Skirting

Black PVC Skirting fixed on the junction of the wall and floor.

Size:100 mm width x 2 meters long

Benefits

PVC Step Nosing

Used on the edge of the steps (thread side)

Size: 50mm x 25mm x 2 meters long

Benefits
1. Used on the edge of the stairs to minimise trip hazard. Cover existing steps for added safety
2. They take the impact of the wear and tear and prolong the lifespan of your stairs, Minimizing the scuffs, scratches and stains that ruin the surface.
3. Replacing these tread covers is much less costly than rebuilding a set of stairs, hence minimizing your maintenance costs.

PVC Coving

Used for forming a cove between the wall and the floor.

Size: 20mm width x 2 meters long

Benefits
1. Creates a coved skirting, PVC sheeting is extended up the wall, which creates a water tight base.
2. Coved up walls to produce hygienic and continuous floors.
3. It’s often used in commercial buildings, hospitals and schools, especially in areas where hygiene is important or a watertight seal is necessary.

PVC Capping Strip

Used for finishing off upper edge of skirting.

Size: 20mm width x 20 meters long

1. Tucks the floor finish to the wall.
2. Hides the edges of the PVC flooring.
3. Easy to clean and no sharp edge to collect dust.
4. Gives a neat finish to the installation and ensures a continuous, sealed surface.

Door Strip

Used for finishing off the edge of PVC tiles or sheeting

Size: 25mm width x 30meters long

Benefits
1. They protect the floor material edge and reduce the risk of the junction becoming a trip hazard
2. Take the edge of an installed floor covering down to the base flooring.
3. Door strips are protective edge trims which help to create a safe transition at floor covering edges.
4. It is easily installed, and because they are flexible they can be curved on site.

Kenrubber Cushion Tiles

Ken Rubber tiles offers a safe environment, while nothing can offer complete protection but the cushion like rubber tiles absorbs some of the impact, making injures either non-existent or less severe.
